Shift Multicraft Technician
Location:
Maumelle, AR.
Provide on‑shift operational support across the facility to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Leverage multi‑craft expertise with mechanical, electrical, and process systems. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues, including process‑related systems and pneumatics. Coach, mentor, and motivate others to foster a strong team environment.
Qualifications- 18 years or older; authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of hands‑on multi‑craft experience (mechanical, electrical, process) with an electrical emphasis, or a two‑year technical school degree with an electrical emphasis, or a technical certificate with an electrical emphasis.
- Proficiency in computer troubleshooting, digital electronics, control systems, multi‑meter testing, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and variable speed drives (AC & DC); ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD drawings.
- Knowledge of safety requirements, including electrical safe working practices, hazard recognition, quality requirements, and strict gowning, hygiene, and PPE.
- Ability to work in a physically challenging environment exposed to dust and mist (PPE provided). Can ascend/descend stairs, ladders, and ramps; bend, reach, push, pull, lift up to 40 lbs each hour; work at high elevations.
- Ability to maintain a 12‑hour fixed shift schedule (day or night) including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Pass pre‑employment assessment, pre‑hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT), drug and background screening.
- 5+ years of hands‑on industrial multi‑craft experience (mechanical, electrical, process).
- Experience with high‑speed manufacturing and converting equipment.
- Experience in an FDA‑regulated facility.
- Lean manufacturing environment experience.
- Robotics expertise.

Starting hourly wage: $40.24 USD. Eligible for overtime pay and potential pay increases within the first year. Includes a 401(k) and Profit‑Sharing plan. Pay rate applies to US locations only.
