Kimberly-Clark’s Maumelle Facility is seeking a Production Operator Maintainer to lead daily production activities on the assigned line. You will oversee start-ups, shutdowns, and maintenance, coordinating with operators, MCLs, and support teams to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
You will apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment, drive TPM and OPEX improvements, and coach teammates while upholding strict gowning, hygiene, and PPE standards. Local candidates preferred.
