Job Description
This is a physically demanding, commission-based outside sales role. You will work in the field, face daily rejection, work evenings and weekends, and be fully responsible for your own performance. You meet homeowners at their property, perform roof and exterior inspections, document findings, and help property owners navigate insurance claims when applicable.

- Marketing or advertising sales professionals who are quick thinkers, persuasive communicators, and comfortable controlling conversations without needing scripts
- Those who prefer ownership and performance-based income over comfort
- Individuals trained in high-discipline sales environments such as Vector Marketing, N2 Publishing, or Ultimate Business Mastery Series
- You need guaranteed hourly or salary pay
- You dislike working outdoors, extreme weather, heights, or walking neighborhoods

- This is a 100% commission-based role that includes a weekly draw

We Provide- Structured, sales and psychology-based training
- Field training on inspections, processes, and expectations
- Operational support once projects are sold
- Administrative handling of insurance supplements and documentation
- A legitimate, fully licensed, insured, and certified operation
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Clean, professional appearance
- Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Financial stability to support yourself during training and ramp-up
- Physical ability to walk neighborhoods, use a ladder, and perform inspections
- (This is a 1099 role with no micromanagement. You are responsible for managing your time, activity, and follow-through)
- Prior outside or door-to-door sales experience
- Commission-based sales background
