Wasteworx is a locally owned roll-off dumpster and site services provider serving Central Arkansas. We compete on reliability, responsiveness, and long‑term relationships — not gimmicks or volume at any cost.
We’re looking for a field-based Business Development Manager to help expand our presence with construction, restoration, and commercial partners and play a key role in our next phase of growth.
This is not an inside sales role and it’s not bid-chasing. This position is about being present, building trust, and opening doors in the construction community.
What You’ll Do- Build and maintain relationships with superintendents, project managers, and commercial decision‑makers
- Spend most days in the field: jobsites, offices, industry events, and community touchpoints
- Position Wasteworx early in project planning cycles
- Introduce ownership early to anchor relationships to the company
- Operate within clear pricing, service, and inventory guidelines
- Represent Wasteworx professionally and consistently in the market
- Experience working in or around the construction, restoration, or commercial services world
- Comfortable starting conversations and building relationships in the field
- Professional, credible, and personable — not pushy
- Strong judgment and respect for structure and guardrails
- Self‑directed, organized, and able to manage a pipeline without constant supervision
Industry experience is a plus, but the ability to build trust and navigate real‑world constraints matters more than specific product knowledge.
