Concierge Security Officer at Garda World Security Services

We are looking for an experienced Security Officer to provide top‑level customer service and security in a concierge position in Maumelle, AR.

  Full‑time, Wednesday
  - Thursday: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm / Friday
  - Sunday: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (40 hrs / wk)
• Competitive hourly wage of $16.60.

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• One year of security experience.
• State security license if required.

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
