Maintenance Technician

Job Location

The Villa at River Pointe, 8000 River Pointe Drive, Maumelle, Arkansas, United States of America.

The Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance service requests and repairs to the buildings and grounds as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor, while providing excellent customer service to residents.

• Complete all service requests as assigned.
• Complete all make‑ready units.
• Maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
• Provide personal tools and supplies.
• Clean work area, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in preventive maintenance projects.
• Escalate unresolved service issues to the Service Director.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and respond to emergency calls as needed.
• Communicate positively with residents, vendors, and co‑workers.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Preferred:
  Three years of experience in apartment maintenance.
• HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Proficient in computer use and online applications.
• Knowledge of property management systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and Happy Co is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; automobile insurance may be required.
