Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Speech Language Pathologist for a role in Mauston, Wisconsin.

This assignment will provide speech therapy services, including evaluation and treatment, to pediatric patients through older adults based on diagnosed conditions.

• Proven experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Graduate of a master’s level program in Speech Language Pathology accredited by the Education Standards Board or meeting ASHA certification requirements.
• Must possess independent decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.
• At least 2 years of SLP experience.

• Help patients recover and improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities through therapy.
• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisor and team; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements.
• Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable professional standards, and state/federal laws.
