Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Master Mold is looking for a bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our Mauston team!

This is a hands-on HR role for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of Human Resources—from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance. You will work directly with employees and leaders while partnering closely with the Corporate HR team to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position to effectively support and communicate with our workforce.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year, with the potential for a higher starting salary based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do
  • Recruiting & Onboarding Manage the recruitment process for assigned positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, pre-employment activities, and new-hire onboarding.
  • Employee Relations Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders. Assist with employee concerns, workplace investigations, progressive discipline, conflict resolution, attendance matters, and policy interpretation while promoting a positive and professional work environment.
  • Training & Development Support and coordinate employee training programs, including new-hire training, job-specific training, refresher training, and ongoing employee development. Work closely with supervisors, leads, trainers, and employees to identify training needs and ensure required training is completed and documented.
  • Training Administration Maintain accurate training records and documentation, monitor training completion, assist with training schedules, and follow up on outstanding training requirements. Help evaluate the effectiveness of training and identify opportunities to improve employee knowledge, performance, and consistency.
  • Employee Development Partner with employees and leadership to identify development opportunities and support employees interested in expanding their skills or advancing within the organization.
  • Performance Management Support the performance review process, including annual evaluations, performance discussions, goal setting, development plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Employment Law & Compliance Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and other applicable employment requirements.
  • HR Policies & Procedures Administer and consistently apply company policies and HR procedures while partnering with Corporate HR to ensure alignment across the organization.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends, identify areas of concern or opportunity, and provide recommendations to HR and operational leadership.
  • Timekeeping & Payroll Support Support timecard and payroll processes to help ensure accurate and timely pay for employees.
What We're Looking For
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Generalist-level experience supporting multiple HR functions.
  • Experience coordinating or delivering employee training and development programs preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information to individuals and groups.
