Master Mold is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our Mauston team. This hands-on role covers recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively support and communicate with our workforce. You will interact with employees and leaders while partnering with the Corporate HR team to drive HR initiatives on the production floor.
