Master Mold is looking for a motivated and hands‑on Robotic Automation Technician to join our second shift Paint Department team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with robotics, improving processes, and supporting production operations, this could be a great fit for you.

This role plays a key part in keeping our paint line and automation equipment operating efficiently while maintaining high‑quality standards for our customers.

• Oversee and support FANUC robotic systems
• Troubleshoot paint line and automation issues during production
• Assist with preventive maintenance of automation equipment
• Monitor quality standards and inspect painted parts
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department
• Help maintain smooth production flow and operational consistency between shifts
• Communicate effectively with leadership and team members regarding production or equipment concerns

• Previous robotic or automation experience preferred
• Manufacturing or paint line experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and support multiple operational areas
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
