Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team and assist with day-to-day nursing activities in a skilled nursing facility.

This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being and safety of residents, requiring a blend of clinical expertise and empathetic care.

As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Timely communication with physicians, families, and others regarding significant changes in resident condition
• Completing all applicable resident assessments
• Administering medications while following the 5 Rights
• Performing wound care and assessments as needed
• Assisting CNAs with answering call lights
• Monitoring residents for changes in condition
• Acting as a leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed
• Reporting any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator
• Maintaining accurate resident records with thorough and accurate charting
• Performing other duties as requested

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A two-year degree in nursing (four-year degree preferred)
• A valid Wisconsin Registered Nursing license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• 1+ years of related work experience (preferred)
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
