Clinical Leadership:
You aren't just passing meds; you are the "leader on the floor." You’ll manage CNAs, handle acute changes in resident conditions, and maintain direct communication with physicians.

Complex Geriatrics:
Responsibilities include wound care, comprehensive assessments, and managing a mix of long-term residents and short-term rehab patients.

Schedule Warning:
This is a "staggered" rotation that blends PMs and Nights. You will need a disciplined sleep schedule to handle the 2100–0630 shifts following mid-day shifts.

📋 Mandatory Requirements
Licensure:
Active Wisconsin or Compact RN License.

Experience:

1+ years of recent LTC or Med-Surg experience.

Certifications:

Current AHA BLS.

Soft Skills:
