Pay & Hours

• Pay: $32/hour plus $10/hour shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• 74-bed facility in Tomah, WI
• Part‑time: 2nd & 3rd shifts

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well‑being

• Active LPN license
• Medication administration and IV certification
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations
• Positive, dependable, and team‑focused mindset
