- 74‑bed facility
- Must hold a current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA)

- Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
- Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
- Understand and follow infection control procedures
- Accurately complete documentation and record‑keeping, including vitals
- Report all violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
- Completed CNA/STNA course and current state license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
- Excellent attendance and reliability
