Nursing Home Registered Nurse

The Nursing Home Registered Nurse assists with day-to-day nursing activities. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional healthcare. Timely communication to physicians and families of significant changes in resident condition is essential. Completing all applicable resident assessments is required. Medication administration must be performed while following the 5 Rights. Wound care and assessments are to be conducted as needed.

Assist Certified Nursing Assistants with answering call lights. Monitor residents for changes in condition. Act as a leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed. Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation as required. Maintain accurate resident records with thorough and accurate charting. Perform other duties as requested.
