This role is vital in assisting with day‑to‑day nursing activities and ensuring the highest quality of care for residents.

• Assist with day‑to‑day nursing activities and ensuring the highest quality of care for residents.
• Timely communication with physicians, families, and others regarding significant changes in resident condition.
• Complete all applicable resident assessments.
• Perform wound care and assessments as needed.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition.
• Act as a leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed.
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
• Maintain accurate resident records with thorough and accurate charting.

• A two‑year degree in nursing (four‑year degree preferred).
• A current Wisconsin Registered Nursing license.
