Registered Nurse – Maternal and Newborn Care
Schedule:
Night shift - 6 (12) hour shifts within a pay period, every 3rd weekend from 7pm to 7:30am. Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed

Requirements:
- Two-year degree in nursing required; four-year degree preferred.
- Must hold and maintain a Registered Nursing license in the state.
- AHA BLS within 1 month of hire.
- NRP within 6 months of hire.
- ALSO within 1 year of hire.
- STABLE within 1 year of hire.
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within 1 year of hire.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial nursing assessments, develop care plans, and assess patients' conditions.
- Triage patient care based on presenting symptoms, and accurately administer medications.
- Monitor labor progression and manage induction of labor.
- Address medical emergencies and manage conditions related to pregnancy and newborns.
- Educate patients on caring for themselves and their newborns.
- Communicate effectively with the patient's care team and alert providers to changes in patient status.
