WI Dialysis RN - FT

The Registered Nurse position assists with day-to-day nursing activities. This is an important role that requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional healthcare.

Essential job duties include assessment of hemodialysis patients, leading to development, implementation, and evaluation of plan of care. Administers, monitors, and documents therapeutic interventions and regimens. Effectively manages rapidly changing patient stations, including delegating care to other department members. Assist providers with patient-related needs before, during, and after hemodialysis care; making sure their needs have been met in a timely, efficient, and caring manner.
