CompensationThe hourly base pay range for this position is $15 – $17 per hour, commensurate with job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
Work ScheduleAMshifts only; weekends are not scheduled.

SummaryThe Parking Concierge is responsible for providing a friendly, warm greeting to all self‑parking guests, assisting them with equipment use, directions, and site information, and delivering exceptional guest service. The position also requires accurate revenue collection and reconciliation.
Responsibilities- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
- Greet guests immediately, using appropriate salutation and last names when appropriate.
- Use proper Towne Park phone etiquette and assist guests with directions and inquiries.
- Inform guests about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and main attractions in the area.
- Assist guests in using all self‑parking equipment, including instruction, room key use and payment terminals.
- Identify and collect revenue for all vehicles, completing accurate cash drop slips and envelopes.
- Complete the shift report and other shift paperwork with detail and accuracy.
- Reconcile revenue and tickets at the end of every shift and process payments via cash, credit, or direct billing.
- Accurately categorize tickets for audit purposes, furnish payment receipts, and follow all standard operating procedures related to cash banks.
- Operate equipment such as registers, gates, and credit card machines, obtaining information about daily events and rates.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One to three months of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- General knowledge of parking garage policies.
- Must be able to read and write standard English, comprehend simple instructions and memos, and write simple correspondence.
- Must be able to present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to guests, clients, and other employees.
- Must perform basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with 10’s and 100’s, and handle American currency.
- Understand 24‑hour and military time systems and a multiple-tiered rate system.
Employees are required to talk or hear, sit or stand for extended periods, walk, run, handle objects, reach, climb stairs, balance, bend, and lift up to 100lb occasionally or up to 20lb constantly. Work is performed outdoors for most of the shift, subject to temperature extremes. Travel up to 5% may be required.
