Total Rewards

Base pay ranges from $19.81 to $24.76 per hour, with variable incentive programs, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, and well‑being resources. Our benefits align with the needs of a diverse workforce and a union‑governed collective bargaining unit where applicable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professional communication.
  • Process, modify, and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate pricing, terms, and documentation.
  • Coordinate shipments and track order fulfillment in alignment with customer needs and business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolution in system tools.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM or ERP platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience handling order management, billing, or shipment coordination.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and enhance customer experience.
