Total RewardsBase pay ranges from $19.81 to $24.76 per hour, with variable incentive programs, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, and well‑being resources. Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professional communication.
- Process, modify, and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate pricing, terms, and documentation.
- Coordinate shipments and track order fulfillment in alignment with customer needs and business requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolution in system tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM or ERP platforms.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in customer service within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience handling order management, billing, or shipment coordination.
- Ability to identify process improvements and enhance customer experience.
