Hardware Development Engineer Level 2
Job Location:
Mayfield Heights, OH Project Duration: 12 months with possible extension (W2 Position) JOB DESCRIPTION
Join a collaborative team developing advanced industrial automation and control systems
. You’ll work across the full hardware development lifecycle—from circuit design and prototyping to verification, testing, and compliance—while growing your skills with strong mentorship and coaching.
- Design, test, and troubleshoot electronic hardware
- Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional engineering team
- Support hardware verification, documentation, and test automation
- Explore new technologies and improve engineering best practices
- BS in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or similar
- 2+ years of hardware development experience (preferred)
- Experience with schematics, circuit design, and test equipment
- Knowledge of microprocessors, digital/analog circuits, and power systems
- Python and/or C++ experience a plus
