- Up to $25.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking information about HR policies, procedures, and programs;
Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR team members as needed;
Manage and analyze large datasets in Excel, including handling EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) for data integration and uploads into Workday;
Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, streamline workflows, and improve the employee experience;
Coordinate logistics for recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, arranging travel, initiating pre-hire actions items, and assisting with campus recruitment
