Insight Global is looking for a Process Automation Engineer to work at one of our top clients. You will streamline business processes, increase operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation across the organization through innovative automation solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and developers, creating detailed process documentation and solution designs. A strong understand of the UiPath platform and Power Apps tools, and a passion for process for improvement, are essential.
You will measure and report progress on an on-going basis using Lean tools and processes.
- Leads directly, or co-leads, complex and/or global digital and IT project tasks delivering business results which meet deadlines. Support a team of digital automation developers and analysts.
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize business processes suitable for automation and optimization.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-leading tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Apps, Alteryx).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring automated processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to automation projects, including process maps, design documents, and user guides.
- Establish best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for digital process automation.
- Coordinate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure automation solutions meet organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and knowledge sharing to business users and team members on automation tools and methodologies.
- Track automation KPIs and report on ROI and impact to senior management.
$140,000 to $160,000 per year annual salary.
