SAP Configuration Analyst

We are seeking an SAP Supply Chain, Planning & Manufacturing Analyst to join our SAP Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you'll support SAP S/4

HANA implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain, Planning, and Manufacturing functions.
This is working a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite/1 day remote).

You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to optimize processes, support SAP users, drive process improvements, and help ensure successful adoption of SAP best practices across manufacturing operations.

• Support SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation, deployment, and post-go-live activities
• Assist with system configuration, testing, cutover planning, and hypercare support
• Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, and Manufacturing teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Troubleshoot SAP issues, manage support tickets, and resolve end-user challenges
• Perform system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Support data cleansing, conversion, validation, and migration activities
• Create user documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Participate in small-to-medium-sized projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and simplify business processes

• 2+ years of SAP experience supporting Supply Chain, Planning, or Manufacturing processes
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, deployments, or post-go-live environments
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and production planning business processes
• Experience with:
• System Testing
• Integration Testing
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience supporting end users and resolving SAP-related issues
• Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with stakeholders
• Experience with data cleansing, data conversion, data validation, and testing activities
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field

• SAP PP/DS (Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling) experience
• Demand Planning experience
• Project leadership or project management experience
• ITIL, SAP, or Project Management certifications
• Experience developing user documentation and training materials
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience supporting global or multi-site SAP environments
