Branch Manager

Branch Manager (BM) at Citizens leads branch performance, sales growth, and an outstanding colleague and customer experience. By leveraging inspirational leadership, collaborative partnerships, and sound operational practices, you will create and sustain a strong customer‑centric culture, help your team achieve individual and collective performance and sales goals, and guide decision‑making to exceed key targets.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience, with proven ability to coach and develop staff to drive sales excellence and operational integrity in a high‑volume branch environment.
• 4+ years of sales management experience in retail or branch banking.
• Successful record of meeting sales goals, deadlines, and branch P&L objectives.
• Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience as validated through satisfaction surveys.
• Strong partnerships with community and civic organizations.
• Must meet and comply with all SAFE Act requirements, including background checks and obtaining a unique NMLS identifier.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail banking experience.
• Talent sourcing and assessment experience.

• Hours per week: 40.
• Work schedule may include weekends and evenings as needed.
• Pay transparency:
  Salary range $82,767.00 – $ per year. Actual pay based on location, skills, and experience.
