Travel Med/Surg Telemetry RN – Mayfield Heights, OH. 13-week travel assignment; 12-hour night shifts. RN with 18+ months Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (March 15, 2026 – June 14, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (19:00 – 07:00), 3 shifts per week
• Hours per Week: 36

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,020 - $2,130 per week

• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent clinical experience as an RN in Med/Surg Telemetry/telemetry nursing
• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio (permanent or compact license accepted) — Ohio nursing license required for Ohio nursing jobs
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association; active status required)
• One supervisory reference (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) in Med/Surg Tele specialty
• COVID-19 and seasonal flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments during orientation (cardiac rhythm monitoring skills expected)
• Must complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing and pick up badge/complete onsite fingerprinting prior to the start date

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, respond to rhythm changes, and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Perform telemetry monitoring, clinical assessments, and timely recognition of patient deterioration
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, case managers) to develop individualized patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, procedures, discharge instructions, and self-care after discharge
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

• Work as a Travel RN in a supportive Med/Surg Telemetry team near Cleveland, Ohio
