Candidate must be an RN and have prior experience in Long Term Care.
RN ADON Requirements- Current/active Registered Nurse license
- Nurse management experience
- Long-term care experience
- Assist in management of nursing department
- Assist in ensuring adherence to Infection control standards
- Assist in management of regulatory compliance
- Assist in ensuring provision of quality care and service
- Assist in staff development and education
- Assist in fiscal management of department
- Collaborate with facility management
