Mayfield Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 150-bed facility providing long-term care, skilled rehabilitation, intensive outpatient care, and memory care.
We are currently seeking a full-time Director of Nursing - DON / RN to join our team!

Candidate must be an RN and have prior experience in Long Term Care.
RN DON Requirements:- Current/active Registered Nurse license
- Nurse management experience
- Long-term care experience
- Management of nursing department
- Ensuring adherence to Infection control standards
- Management of regulatory compliance
- Ensuring provision of quality care and service
- Staff development and education
- Fiscal management of department
- Collaborate with facility management
