RN Weekender - ICU

About This Role

The RN Weekender position in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Cleveland Clinic’s Hillcrest Hospital involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients with complex health issues. This role is ideal for nurses seeking a flexible schedule while maintaining full-time status and benefits.

• Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour
• Location: Mayfield Hts, OH
• Facility: Hillcrest Hospital
• Department/Unit: ICU
• Schedule: Full-time, Weekend shifts (two 12-hour shifts on weekends and one during the week)

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years of current acute care RN experience; military RN experience considered.

  Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
