About This Role

The PRN RN in Med Surg at Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital provides direct nursing care to acutely ill adult and geriatric patients. This role is ideal for nurses seeking flexible, variable shifts while working in a supportive environment.

• Location: Mayfield Hts, OH
• Facility: Hillcrest Hospital
• Schedule: Per Diem, Variable

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• 2 years of recent related nursing experience for external candidates
• Internal candidates with less than 2 years may be considered with CNO level review and approval

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
