Assistant Nurse Manager - Ambulatory

The Assistant Nurse Manager will monitor daily clinical operations of outpatient clinics at Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital. This role is ideal for a dedicated nursing professional looking to lead a team in providing quality patient care.

• Pay: $78,000 - $119,392 annually
• Location: Mayfield Hts, OH
• Facility: Hillcrest Hospital
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Oversee nursing personnel and patient care providers in the clinical setting.
• Coordinate activities to ensure quality and safe patient care.
• Anticipate and resolve patient care and personnel issues.
• Ensure maintenance of annual staff competencies and continuing education.
• Perform duties of the RN (Registered Nurse) Ambulatory as needed.
• Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure smooth and effective transition of care.
• Participate and/or coordinate committees, task forces, and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in department leadership meetings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives.
• Assume responsibilities of the clinical manager as needed.

Education:

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required

Experience:

• 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse required
• Previous supervisory experience preferred

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
