PRN RN – NICU

About This Role

The PRN RN in the NICU at Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital provides essential nursing care to ill neonates and low birth weight infants. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering family-centered care.

• Pay: $43.00/hour
• Location: Mayfield Hts, OH
• Facility: Hillcrest Hospital
• Schedule: Per Diem, Variable shifts

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)

• 2 years recent related nursing experience for external applicants
• Internal applicants with less than 2 years’ experience may be considered with approval

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within one year of employment
