Job Details:- Job Title: MS/Tele Registered Nurse

- Provide direct patient care for medical/surgical telemetry patients during night shift hours.
- Monitor patient vital signs and manage telemetry equipment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
