About This Role

The RN in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital provides exceptional care for patients with complex acute and chronic health issues. This role is ideal for empathetic caregivers who excel in delivering quality patient care and effective life‑saving treatment.

• Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour
• Location: Mayfield Hts, OH
• Facility: Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital
• Department/Unit: ICU
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years of current acute care RN experience or military RN experience.

  Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); BLS certification required; ACLS certification required upon hire or within one year of employment.
