American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring 18 months of recent telemetry experience and an active Ohio or compact RN license.

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 18-13 week contract options available

• Active Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of consideration
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required, NIHSS preferred
• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required, preferably within the last 3 years
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, medical or religious exemptions only

• Deliver Med/Surg Telemetry nursing care during night shift hours
• ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments completed during orientation with up to two attempts to pass
• Holiday coverage required for every other holiday
• Locals accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
• Background check or license hits will not be accepted if there is an open case
