PRN RN – Medical Oncology

About This Role

As a PRN RN in Medical Oncology at Cleveland Clinic, you will provide compassionate care to patients with cancer and related diagnoses. This role is ideal for empathetic caregivers who thrive in a supportive team environment.

• Pay: $41.00/hour
• Location: Mayfield Hts, OH
• Schedule: PRN, Variable shifts

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)

Experience:

• 2 years of recent related nursing experience for external candidates
• Internal candidates with less than 2 years may be considered with CNO level review and approval

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• (ONS) Chemo/Bio course completion within 2 years of employment if applicable
