American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift hospital position requiring an active Ohio or compact RN license and at least 1 year of Med/Surg Tele experience.

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13-18 week contract options available

• Active RN license (Ohio permanent or compact) required in hand at time of consideration
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS preferred
• Minimum of 1 year combined permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required for consideration; co-worker references not accepted
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required, with medical or religious exemptions only

• Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments completed during orientation, with a passing score required within two attempts
• Travelers expected to work every other holiday
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
• Background check hits reviewed by facility; open cases or license hits are not accepted
