Position Overview

As a Restaurant Manager, you will serve as the creative and operational leader of Chick‑fil‑A Mayfield Heights. You will oversee daily operations, inspire and empower team members, and ensure every guest leaves with a “REMARKABLE” experience. You Will Be Responsible For

• Supporting and developing team members with regular coaching and feedback
• Setting goals and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality
• Embodying the company’s vision and values while fostering a positive, servant‑hearted environment
• Managing restaurant operations efficiently during all shifts
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older for this position
• Must have open availability for all shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends
• Minimum 2+ years of previous management experience in a restaurant or similar environment
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Passion for developing and serving others
• Driven, innovative, and proactive mindset
• Goal‑oriented, results‑driven, and highly motivated
• Excellent communication skills, capable of handling high‑volume situations and difficult conversations
• Strong integrity, professionalism, and embodying our Mayfield Heights vision
• Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, Publisher)
• Knowledge of federal and local health code regulations
• Works approximately 45 hours per week
• Valid Driver’s License (preferred)
• Food Safety Certification (preferred)

Work Details

• Full‑time, 40–45 hours per week
• In‑person location at Chick‑fil‑A Mayfield Heights
• Shifts include day, evening, morning, and night shifts; weekly scheduling Monday to Saturday as needed
