Ensure crew members wow customers through personal contact and train on the BEST customer service experience;
Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high-quality customer service;
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for efficient placement on the sales floor;
Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations, staff management, and urgent issues;
Manage opening/closing procedures including cash security and alarms;
Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures;
Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance;
Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery;
Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep
