This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Interior Design Consultant located in Mayfield Heights, OH. The Interior Design Consultant will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored interior design solutions, focusing on flooring and tile recommendations. Responsibilities will include providing professional consultations, assisting with product selection, creating design plans, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role also involves fostering client relationships, managing sales processes, and collaborating with the installation team to ensure project success.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships and provide personalized support.
• Proficiency in Interior Design and Furniture selection to craft tailored design solutions for customer spaces.
• Sales skills with the ability to guide customers through the purchasing process and meet sales goals.
• Ability to balance creativity with practical considerations to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Previous experience in flooring, furniture, or related industries is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple projects effectively.
• Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus.
