Building Maintenance Technician – Apartment Complex
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to keep the apartment complex running smoothly, including basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other general odd jobs. Duties include installing ceiling fans, changing outlets, and addressing other facility maintenance needs.
Responsibilities- Conduct basic carpentry repair work.
- Perform electrical repairs and maintenance.
- Handle plumbing repairs and troubleshooting.
- Install ceiling fans and change electrical outlets.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and keep the facility in good condition.
- Experience in building maintenance with knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to work independently with own tools.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work a Monday‑through‑Friday shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
