RoleAs an Administrative Supervisor in Graves County, you will coordinate daily workflow, staffing assignments, and service delivery to meet customer demand while maintaining efficiency and minimizing wait times. You will ensure staff adherence to KRS, KAR, and federal guidelines governing credential issuance and identity verification.
Responsibilities- Complete daily and monthly accounting reconciliation and issuance reports.
- Operational oversight of the section in a high‑volume environment.
- Fiscal accountability and end‑of‑day accounting reconciliation.
- Personnel supervision and performance management.
- Issue resolution and escalation management.
- Leadership and operational execution in an administrative setting.
- Reviewing and interpreting local, state, and federal laws.
- In‑person service, meeting the needs of our customers.
- Fees and accounting reconciliation.
- Office 365 applications, program management, and creating reports of office procedures.
- Education: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Four years of professional administrative experience.
- Substitute Education for
Experience:
A master’s degree in public or business administration or a related field will substitute for one year of the required experience. - Substitute Experience for
Education:
Additional administrative, business, or research experience will substitute for the required education on a year‑for‑year basis. - Special Requirements: None.

This position is in an office setting at a desk but may require some travel, standing, stooping, bending, lifting, and sitting.
