• Develop and implement age-appropriate and engaging programs / curriculum tailored to the unique needs and interests of each child.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive environment where children feel secure, appreciated, and encouraged to explore and learn.
• Maintain open communication with parents, offering regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with a team of educators to establish a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Continuously assess children's development, maintain accurate records, and use this information to adjust teaching strategies.
• Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education through ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.

• Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education Teaching.
• Maintain a valid Teacher Registration.
• Demonstrate proven experience with EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards.
• Possess a strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a track record of creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Showcase a passion for instilling a love of learning in young children.
