Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Remarkable Team on a PRN schedule. The LPN will provide nursing care under RN supervision, perform planned interventions, document care, and monitor patient conditions across shifts.
Requirements include an active LPN license, BLS certification (within 1 week of hire), ACLS and PALS within six months, and at least 1 year of experience preferred.
