Pilgrim's is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for the Mayfield, KY Feed Mill. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and directing activities to maintain quality standards for both manufacturing processes and finished feeds. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inspection protocols, assisting in maintaining standard operating procedures, and training employees to identify food safety and quality issues.
The ideal candidate should have work-related experience in feed manufacturing and quality assurance methods, with preferred degrees in Poultry Science or Milling Technology. This position requires physical stamina and adaptability to varying work conditions.
