Meat​/Produce Team Associate

NEW Full Time | Part Time $14.00 - $27.00/hr

Shift may start between 4:00 AM – 7:00 AM or 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM.

Meat / Produce associates keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotate product, maintain food safety standards, move incoming merchandise to the sales floor, and ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

This position is involved in:

• Providing front‑line customer service in the deli, bakery, and dry grocery departments.
• Handling product display, preparing ready‑to‑sell products, and supporting special orders such as cakes and deli items.
• Cleaning shelves and department areas, checking temperature control, verifying dates, and disposing of lower quality food products.

Additional duties may include rotating product, maintaining inventory standards, and performing other tasks related to the Fresh department. Pay is competitive and may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

• Help customers locate products
• Ensure high‑quality products are available in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food
• Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders, or finding produce
• Keep area clean, sanitized, and customer‑ready
