Aircraft Mechanic

Midwest Aviation is an FAA Part 145 Certified Repair Station, Textron Aviation (Beechcraft/Cessna) Factory Authorized Service Center, and American Champion Factory Authorized Service Center. We provide maintenance, repair, and inspection services for general aviation aircraft, working on a wide range of single and multi-engine piston and turbine aircraft for owners and operators nationwide. We're currently looking for 1, possibly 2 more skilled, reliable A&P mechanics to join our maintenance team.

We are seeking 1 possibly 2 certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanics who can hit the ground performing inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on general aviation aircraft. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to be part of a close‑knit operation.

Airframe and Powerplant

• TURBINE EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER
• Proficiency in FAA regulations including AD's, 337's and logbook entries.
• Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Total FBO and competency with internet navigation is preferred.
• Ability to conduct annual, 100-hour, and progressive inspections in accordance with FAA regulations.
• Complete maintenance log entries, work orders, and required documentation accurately.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding aircraft status.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
