Working Concrete Foreman - Pay based on experience Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of concrete finishers, carpenters and laborers
- Operate skid steer, mini excavator, dozer, etc.
- Process paperwork daily and weekly
- Layout, site preparation, placement, and finish concrete on a variety of projects.
- Subgrade and subbase preparation
- Set forms to required grade & layout
- Cut/bend/tie reinforcement
- Pour, place & finish concrete
- Ability to use tools of the trade
- 5+ years of applicable construction experience.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as a member and or team leader
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, balance, stoop
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions & seasonal temperatures
- Ability to work long hours determined by scope of work
- Ability to lift minimum weight of 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, class A CDL a plus
