Location: Mayfield Village, OH, 44143
Schedule: Monday through Friday
This position is onsite during the introductory period. After the introductory period, the role offers a hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one remote workday per week.

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist who enjoys recruiting, employee relations, talent development, and partnering with leaders to support business growth.
What You'll DoTalent Acquisition and Recruiting- Manage full-cycle recruiting from position intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source active and passive candidates through Linked In, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support a consistent and engaging candidate experience.
- Partner with managers to address employee relations matters and workplace concerns.
- Coach leaders on performance management, documentation, employee communication, and development planning.
- Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support compensation planning, market benchmarking, and salary administration.
- Assist with merit increases, promotions, transfers, and compensation recommendations.
- Analyze recruiting, compensation, retention, and workforce data.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support workforce decisions.
- Serve as a knowledgeable user of the organization's HRIS and Applicant Tracking System.
- Assist with HR technology configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and HR workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and data accuracy.
- Use automation, AI tools, and analytics to enhance recruiting and HR operations.
- Help strengthen onboarding and employee development programs.
- Support training, leadership development, and employee growth initiatives.
- Provide feedback and workforce insights to improve learning programs.
- Help develop programs that promote engagement, retention, and career development.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Three or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience.
- Full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing experience.
- Knowledge of employee relations and performance management.
- Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel locally to branch locations throughout Northeast Ohio.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with compensation, HR analytics, or technology implementations is a plus.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
