Village Veterinary Clinic in Mayfield, Ohio, is an AAHA Accredited full‑service hospital with over 50 years of trusted service. We are looking for a Full‑Time Veterinary Assistant to join our growing medical support team.

• Keeping accurate medical records and helping answer client questions
• Prepping patients for exams and surgeries
• Administering medications as directed
• Assisting with lab testing (blood, fecal, urine, etc.)
• Cleaning and sanitizing surgical tools, kennels, and exam areas
• Monitoring post‑op patients and reporting any changes
• Safely restraining patients during exams and procedures
• Helping educate pet parents on meds, treatments, and care
• Partnering with Credentialed Technicians and DVMs to provide top‑tier care

• Experienced in veterinary assistant duties and committed to delivering high‑quality care
• A calm, compassionate presence for both patients and clients
• A team player who communicates clearly and works well with others
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a clinical setting
